Pickett Ranch is located in the Napa Valley in Simmons Canyon, off the Silverado Trail, near Calistoga on Pickett Road.

The property is surrounded on 3 sides by vineyards. Araujo (Château Latour) to the east and south, Frediani to the west.

The Ranch consists of 3 houses. The front house where Charles lives, the back house (guest house) and a small cottage. The front house was built in 1951 for Mrs. Hanson, who previously lived in a big house on the hill behind Pickett Ranch.

The owner of Pickett Ranch is Kid Kornblum. David has owned the ranch since 1986. He resides in Los Angeles.
